How LeadLooma processes personal data on behalf of the businesses that use our funnel pages.
Who is responsible for your data
When you submit a form on a LeadLooma-built landing page, your details are sent to the business that operates the page. That business is the data controller for any further contact with you. LeadLooma operates the platform on the business's behalf as a data processor under a written agreement.
What we collect
The information you type into the form (typically your name, contact details, and the answers to the questions on the page). Limited technical data such as the funnel identifier, the page path, and the time of submission. When the business has chosen to use Meta tracking, and only after you have accepted the cookie banner on this page, we may also collect Meta browser identifiers so that the business can measure their advertising.
Why we collect it
To deliver your enquiry to the business so they can follow up. To help the business understand which of their landing pages are working. To meet our own legal obligations as a service provider.
Who receives it
The business that runs the landing page. Their team members who are signed in to the LeadLooma account. LeadLooma staff who operate the platform.
Meta tracking — browser cookies vs server-side events
When the business has enabled Meta tracking on their landing page, two separate things can happen:
- Browser cookies and the Pixel script only load if you accept cookies on the banner. If you reject cookies, no Meta script runs and no Meta cookies are set in your browser.
- Server-side conversion events may still be sent to Meta separately when you submit the form, where the business has enabled Meta integration and has a lawful basis to do so. These events can include hashed contact details and basic event information so the business can measure their advertising. They are sent from our servers, not your browser, and are independent of the cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Unfinished form entries are deleted after 30 days. Submitted enquiries are kept for as long as the business needs them to follow up, and at most 24 months after the enquiry is closed unless the business or their accountant requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete your details earlier — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to how we use it. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies that are required to keep your session working. We only use Meta tracking cookies after you have accepted them on the page. See our cookies page for the full list.
Contact
To exercise any of your rights, or if anything on this page is unclear, reach out via the contact details on the page where you submitted the form. If you cannot find them, contact LeadLooma and we will help you reach the right business.
